The rules of use of the website www.exergio.com (hereinafter – the Website) and the privacy policy (hereinafter – the Rules) determine the conditions and procedures for using the Website and the basic principles of collecting, processing and storing personal data, based on which the Website manager UAB “Exergio”, legal personal identification number 304848763, registered office address Ozo g. 12A-1, LT-08200 Vilnius (hereinafter – the Company), manages the personal data of the Website visitors (hereinafter – the User). 2. By entering the Website, Users confirm that they unconditionally agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them. The rules apply both to the use of the Website after the User has logged in, and to Users who have not completed the login procedure. By connecting to the Website and/or using it, Users confirm that they are properly familiar with the Rules and agree that the Company will process the information provided by Users (including personal data) to the extent necessary to manage and ensure the functioning of the Website and to provide Website services. 3. Website services are services related to informing customers and providing customer information (hereinafter – Website services), which include: 3.1. providing information about the Supplier’s services, amounts payable by the client; 3.2. submitting questions or other information and/or ordering services electronically. 3.3. any other services provided by the Website. 4. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the Rules by announcing it on the Website. Changes to the rules take effect from the day of their publication on the Website. If the User continues to use the Website’s services after the amendment or addition of the Rules, it is considered that the User agrees with the new version of the Rules.

 

 

User login and personal data protection

 

Use or have the opportunity to fully use the Website is possible only after entering the appropriate login data on the Website. Logging in is done by clicking on the active link “Login” in the center of the Site, before filling in the payer code and password. By connecting to the Website, the User confirms that: 5.1. The user has carefully and carefully read these Rules, understood them and freely agrees with them and undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the procedure and conditions set out in the Rules; 5.2. The data provided by the user is correct, accurate and complete. When changing or filling in personal data, the user must provide only correct data. Any losses resulting from the submission of incorrect data shall be borne by the User; 5.3. if the User’s data or other related information changes, the User undertakes to change (supplement) his data on the Website immediately, but no later than within 10 (ten) working days; 5.4. The User agrees that the Company will process any personal data and/or other information provided by the User and use them for the purposes of enforcing these Rules, providing the Company’s services, direct marketing (if the User’s consent is obtained) and other purposes. 6. The user is prohibited from impersonating the identity of other persons by specifying a stranger’s name, surname and/or other data. The Company has the right, immediately and without prior notice, to prohibit the User from using the Website if he does not comply with the aforementioned requirements. In the case of reasonable suspicions that the User has caused or could have caused damage to the Company and/or third parties and/or the public interest through such actions, the Company has the right to transfer all available data about such a User to state authorities. 7. The user unconditionally undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the data provided and must make maximum efforts to protect the password for connecting to the Website from third parties finding out and not to disclose it to third parties in any direct (indirect) way and to ensure that no third parties can use his data when using the Website or by joining it. 8. The personal data provided by the User on the website are processed by the Company in accordance with these Rules, the requirements established by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the processing and protection of personal data. 9. Personal data provided by the User by filling out electronic forms (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address, etc.) are used for the following purposes: 9.1. For the purposes of providing the Website and the Company’s services. 10. The user, contacting the Company in writing by e-mail by e-mail [email protected], or upon arriving at the customer service center, presenting a document confirming personal identity to the Company, has the right to: 10.1.apply to the Company with a request to provide information about the User’s personal data processed by the Company; 10.2. apply to the Company with a request to correct the User’s personal data and/or stop the processing of such personal data, except for storage – in the event that upon familiarization with the personal data
