General provisions

The rules of use of the website www.exergio.com (hereinafter – the Website) and the privacy policy (hereinafter – the Rules) determine the conditions and procedures for using the Website and the basic principles of collecting, processing and storing personal data, based on which the Website manager UAB “Exergio”, legal personal identification number 304848763, registered office address Ozo g. 12A-1, LT-08200 Vilnius (hereinafter – the Company), manages the personal data of the Website visitors (hereinafter – the User).

2. By entering the Website, Users confirm that they unconditionally agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them. The rules apply both to the use of the Website after the User has logged in, and to Users who have not completed the login procedure. By connecting to the Website and/or using it, Users confirm that they are properly familiar with the Rules and agree that the Company will process the information provided by Users (including personal data) to the extent necessary to manage and ensure the functioning of the Website and to provide Website services.

3. Website services are services related to informing customers and providing customer information (hereinafter – Website services), which include:
3.1. providing information about the Supplier’s services, amounts payable by the client;
3.2. submitting questions or other information and/or ordering services electronically.
3.3. any other services provided by the Website.

4. The Company has the right to unilaterally change the Rules by announcing it on the Website. Changes to the rules take effect from the day of their publication on the Website. If the User continues to use the Website’s services after the amendment or addition of the Rules, it is considered that the User agrees with the new version of the Rules.
